Registration

The congress registration fees for participants are as follows:

• Student (PhD) : Free
• Postdoc / Researcher / Academic delegate: 180 Euros
• Industry delegate: 350 euros

Registration deadline : May 10 2019

Meeting fees include:

• Access to all plenary and poster sessions (and running session)
• All coffee and lunch breaks throughout the meeting
• Certificate of attendance, name badge

Participants are encouraged to register to the Gala diner (optional). It will be held on Tuesday evening, May 21, at Domaine de Verchant. Domaine de Verchant is positioned on the outskirts of Montpellier, surrounded by the vineyards, in its own vast wine estate.
Shuttle buses will depart at 7:30pm to transfer attendees from UFR Odontology to the Gala Dinner. Then, participants will return to Montpellier dowtwon  (Place de la Comédie) via shuttles.

Gala tickets: 35 euros each, includes dinner and ground transportation.

For those interested, a sightrunning tour in Montpellier dowtown wille take place on May 21st, 7a.m.

On receipt of your pre-registration form, confirmation email and payment informations will be sent to you by the conference organizers.

Though this is not a prerequisite for access to the Workshop, participants are kindly invited to submit an abstract for a Poster and apply for short Oral Communication.
